Use of the Platform
OriEx is a B2B platform that publishes apple inventory listings, cold storage information, and market data. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Accuracy of Information
Inventory, pricing, and facility information is published as reported by sellers and storage operators. OriEx does not independently inspect or certify listings — buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying details directly with each other before completing a transaction.
Intellectual Property
The OriEx name, logo, and platform design are the property of OriEx. Content submitted by users, such as listings, remains the property of the submitting party, who grants OriEx a license to display it on the platform.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the platform to submit false information, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
Limitation of Liability
OriEx is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction conducted using information found on the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Iran.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
